We have to avoid the problems we had with two Macedonians participants (a psychiatrist and a journalist) and the acceptance of a Ukrainian assistance. So in the invitation and in the conference it has to be clarified

  • what makes this conference important
  • definitions of (ex-)user/survivor of psychiatry
  • checking who are the delegates, participants and 'others' before conference starts
  • the role of the 'others', e.g. interpreters, must be clear to everybody
